Jason Minor
Operations Manager
When Jason isn’t running from job site to job site he is at home being a family man to his 2 children and wife. Over his 20 years working in the construction field he has honed his skills in all the trades. He first started off in his career in construction at a very young age learning to build/construct cabinets. After many years of mastering the detailed carpentry skills he began working for a restoration construction company rebuilding houses that had damage due to fire, water etc… This is where he began learning other trades such as plumbing and electrical. At the age of 18 Jason worked his way up as a Manager running multiple crews in the field. At age 21 and wanting to learn more and expand his knowledge he began his training in the Mold/Hazmat safety removal. His work has not just been in the construction field. While working a full time job he also put himself through college, receiving a degree in Photography and became a ASE mechanic where he worked for Nascar for 3 years. At age 24 he found out he was going to be a father and decided to become a real estate agent and began working with investors to flip homes. Then the decline of the real estate market hit and he went back into the construction business where he has since been honing his skills on custom designs and installs. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and gardening.
